i) Recruitment & Orientation

In line with our understanding, it is important for us to select the best and most suitable candidates for positions that may arise within the company and to provide equal opportunities to all applicants.

After the correct candidate is placed in the right position, company orientation and technical orientation processes begin to successfully adapt the employee to the company. As part of the company orientation, newly hired individuals are given the opportunity to familiarize themselves with their departments in detail.
