We perform all refractory drying (dry out) processes for different projects with over 1000 dual-stage and progressive feature diesel and natural gas burners available in our inventory. All our burners are designed to operate with a difference of 0.5˚C.
Throughout the dryout process, we complete this process without leaving the field, following a 24/7 basis. During fieldwork, our personnel reside in our caravans continuously, swiftly solving any burner malfunctions and general issues that may arise throughout the process. Adequate spare parts are available for each burner, and complete spare burners are also present in our vehicles for emergency situations.
If a burner malfunctions, our software reinstates it within 1 minute. If the malfunction cannot be resolved and the burner cannot be started, an alternative burner is immediately installed and commissioned. The faulty burner is then removed from service.
Throughout the entire dryout process, our teams carry out dryout operations uninterrupted, while monitoring the real-time status of all burners for 24 hours from both the caravan and our central office in Ankara using the SCADA application.
By visualizing the temperatures through thermocouples to ensure no blind spots remain in the refractory, we complete the process according to the shift system throughout the dryout schedule. At the end of the process, we share the recorded temperatures in report format with you at 30-minute intervals.
Our teams in our vehicles handle burner installation, fuel lines, electrical supply cables, signal lines, control panels, SCADA systems, assembly of all heat-sensing elements, and post-operation disassembly. We only require usage electricity from you, with no other requests.
All our dry out personnel are official employees of our company, and food, accommodation, and occupational safety are our responsibility. All our personnel are covered by official and private life insurance policies provided by us.
